Dear friends, the ruffle trend is one that is timeless and charming no matter the season or occasion. If I think back to my wardrobe choices in the past few decades, I can recall so many pretty outfits I created using dainty and feminine tiered pieces. My mom used to sew the prettiest ruffled dresses for me and my sister in the 80’s and I remember rocking a short “ra-ra” skirt in the 90’s. Today, I always seem to pick up at least one ruffled item per season, whether it be a simple blouse or a statement piece like the skirt that I’m wearing above!
